I just install a IBM Doors Next Generation version 9.5 in Windows 2008 server. I created a review and tried to start a review pressing the button "Start Review". The problem is: it appear a message "Saving Changes to Review..." and nothing happens after that (Page stay frozen). This forum is for IBM Rational DOORS which is different product from IBM Doors Next Generation. You can ask questions on Jazz.net forum. https://jazz.net/forum/questions/
One thing I can suggest is to restart Apache Tomcat Server JVM. If restarting does not resolve the issue, please ask on the above forum or raise a support ticket.
